Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Teamsport Karting ("we", "us", "our") collects, how we use it, and your choices, when you use this website or our associated Discord server and Roblox experiences.

1. Who We Are

Teamsport Karting is a Roblox community website and Discord community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. Roblox and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited information, primarily for members of our Elite Members programme:

• Roblox username and Roblox user ID
• Discord username and Discord user ID
• Basic technical data automatically generated by standard web hosting (e.g. server logs), which may include IP address and browser type

We do not collect real names, email addresses, physical addresses, or payment information through this website.

3. How We Use Information

• To identify and manage members of our Elite Members programme
• To grant or restrict access to certain in-game features based on membership status
• To operate, maintain, and improve this website and our Roblox experiences

4. How We Store Information

Elite Member data is stored on our own hosting infrastructure and is only accessible through an authenticated API. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

If you create an account and log in, we set a single cookie (teamsport_session) that keeps you logged in between visits. This cookie only contains a random session identifier — it does not contain your password or any personal details — and is used solely to recognise you as logged in. This cookie is essential to the account system and cannot be disabled while remaining logged in; if you'd prefer not to have it set, simply don't log in, or log out to remove it.

6. Third-Party Services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may process technical data (such as IP address) as part of delivering that font. Our Discord server is operated by Discord Inc. under their own privacy policy, and our games are hosted on Roblox under Roblox Corporation's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party platforms.

7. Children's Privacy

Roblox is used by people of many ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information beyond a Roblox/Discord username and ID from anyone, and we do not knowingly collect any additional personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with information beyond what's described in this policy, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Your Choices

You can request removal from our Elite Members list at any time by contacting us through our Discord server. Once removed, associated access permissions are revoked.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the website or our community after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

10. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to us via our Discord server.
